Ultra ST PCM is a high-performance phase change material that can be pressed into various shapes for decorating walls, ceilings, floors, and more. It automatically adjusts indoor temperature by absorbing and releasing heat, reducing the frequency of air conditioning and heating usage, lowering energy consumption, and extending building lifespan, providing a stable indoor temperature environment for buildings throughout the year.

Intelligent temperature control and protection integrated building coating

Embedding nano phase change microcapsules into coatings to form intelligent temperature regulating coatings. This coating can automatically adjust heat absorption and release according to changes in environmental temperature, effectively reducing surface temperature fluctuations, improving insulation performance, reducing energy consumption, and having good durability and environmental friendliness.

Photovoltaic phase change integrated temperature control system

After the 6.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in Dingri County, Tibet on January 7, 2025, Passive Edge Tech actively responded, and jointly established the "Special Fund for Dingri Earthquake Science and Technology Assistance" with Tibet Autonomous Region Science and Technology Department, Chengdu Zhiyuan Public Welfare Service Center, Beijing Cifu Public Welfare Foundation and other institutions, and provided efficient phase-change heat storage heating modules for the affected people. These modules use 32 ℃ ultra-high thermal conductivity phase-change materials, combined with photovoltaic and mains power supply energy modes, to stably maintain indoor temperatures between 15 ° C and 20 ° C in low-temperature environments at night (-25 ° C to -20 ° C). Passive Edge Tech's phase-change waterless heating technology not only solves the problem of pipe bursting caused by water freezing in traditional heating methods in high-altitude areas, but also significantly reduces heating costs with its high efficiency, safety, and adaptive temperature control characteristics, only one-third to one-half of traditional electric energy storage solutions. Clean energy alternative demonstration project for farmers and herdsmen in Tibet village clean heating project

A clean heating project in a certain village has introduced a new smart microgrid+waterless heating and temperature control technology. In this project, Passive Edge Tech's phase change temperature control module technology played an important role, achieving a comprehensive breakthrough in the challenges faced by traditional heating technology in high-altitude regions. Compared to traditional heating technology, this project avoids problems such as complex installation, difficult maintenance, high power consumption, and susceptibility to freezing damage to the system. Through real-time data analysis from December 2022 to March 2023, the indoor temperature of the project remained stable between 13-23 ℃ when there was no electricity consumption, and the actual temperature felt to be between 13-25 ℃.

Phase change thermal storage materials help rural energy-saving housing renovation

In a certain location in Shaanxi, Panji Technology participated in a rural energy-saving residential renovation project. This project achieves efficient and energy-saving indoor temperature regulation by applying phase change thermal storage materials in the sunroom decoration paintings of the house. When the indoor temperature exceeds 17 ℃, phase change materials absorb heat; When it is below 17 ℃, heat is released to maintain the stability of indoor temperature. The application of this material not only reduces the use of traditional heating equipment, but also significantly reduces energy consumption, helping houses achieve almost zero electricity bills throughout the year. In addition, the energy-saving residential building also combines technologies such as solar power generation and rainwater collection, further improving energy utilization efficiency and becoming a model for rural green buildings. This project has been shortlisted for the 2023 Architizer A+Award for Sustainable Private Housing, which is known as the 'Oscars of the architecture industry'. Only 5 houses worldwide have been shortlisted.
